 Buy.com has the Sandisk Sansa e250 2GB Refurb for $39.99 Shipped! This is the same player I recently bought for my wife for over $125 (new not refurbished, but still) and we love it. The sound is great and she loves it for working out.

I'm not sure if the refurb model comes with headphones (that's our photo), but I never use stock headphones on these anyway.
