This is about as good as notebook RAM gets these days. Buy 2 (2X2GB) and max out your laptop's RAM (if supported).
Alternately you can get Kingston 1GB PC2-5300 667MHz 200-pin SO-DIMM DDR2 Laptop RAM chips for $24.95 each shipped.
Once again, no rebates and no hassles.
All things considered, this is probably these are probably the best notebook RAM deals for new laptops that I've seen to date.
